How to setup a radio channel archive @ IA ?
Hello, dear team of Internet Archive!
... since March 2006 I am storing my non-commercial radio shows on Internet Archive ( see http://www.imcradio.net/radioarchive
). Many thanks to have available this "Virtual University Library".
Its fare more than 50 unique topics (regularly each 58 minutes lenth). To be exactely, with next regular broadcasting on 21st Febr 2011 it will be 56 topics (4,060 minutes = 67.67 hours). - Details see here pls: http://bit.ly/dYXcDw
(or in the attached PDF)
If you want re-check in Internet Archive, best take these links for every year 2006-2011 individually...http://www.imcradio.net/radioarchive/2006http://www.imcradio.net/radioarchive/2007
All shows are setup as "InfoEdutainment" format, see self given policy here: http://bit.ly/h08vnx
... and have been broadcasted as "Public Radio" under the tutulage of Federal German Government via cable/antenne, since 08/2007 same as Internet radio via the German home channel Tide 96.0 FM (Education-/Civilian Community station, part of the media campus Finkenau/Hamburg Media School).
All topics (see detailled description here: http://www.imcradio.net/archives
) are unique in whole German language area of Germany/Switherland/Austria (same still not found world wide on any other radio channel yet)...
In March 2011 IMCRadio.net will be 5 years "onair" and the show will celebrate on 25th March it's 5th anniversary, moving on into it's 6th years broadcasting.
I'd like to ask herewith, how to establish in the "Radio archive" an own folder/section for my shows here:http://www.archive.org/details/radioprograms
I think, its more practical, if the people who like to study about Indian Classical music can listen to more than 4,000 produced broadcasting minutes in one place and same get the chance to re-listen all shows with one RSS-Feed (similar to podcasting).
Another question technically: Would it be possible to have one single Media player where the user can click from show to show, or even start the media player in a way like a JukeBox (auto rotation) and playing nonstop the 67,67 hours...
How to do ? - I please you for orientation... till 25th March its 6 weeks now, enough time to setup such a specific radio archive, isn't it ?
Hope hearing from you soon .... Tks in advance...
P.S.: All further correspondence pls via direct email to email@example.com
